MANILA -- NBA superstar Stephen Curry of current champion Golden State Warriors has made a much-awaited return to the Philippines.
The two-time Most Valuable Player kicked off a three-nation Asian tour to promote his new Under Armour Curry 5 shoes with a busy weekend here that began on Friday.
He first met the media in a press conference at the Kerry Sports Gym in Taguig City and is to grace the Under Armour 3-on-3 Finals at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
He will make a return to the venue as a special guest in the opening ceremonies of the UAAP men's basketball season on Saturday (September 8).
"It feels great," Curry said of his return to the country after three years. (PNA)
