SINGAPORE /Bernama-AsiaNet/ -- Drawing on her memoir Becoming, “An Evening with Michelle Obama” will leave attendees inspired after a night to remember on December 14, 2019.

Leading business events provider, The Growth Faculty will present ‘An Evening with Michelle Obama’ for one night only at the Singapore EXPO Convention and Exhibition Centre here.

Following President Barack Obama’s first public business event in Singapore, the Former First Lady will also take the stage in a separate event to share experiences from her New York Times No.1 best-seller, Becoming.

‘An Evening with Michelle Obama’ will explore the moments, both public and private, that have shaped the former First Lady’s life.

Reflecting on experiences shared in her book Becoming, attendees will hear about Mrs. Obama’s time growing up in the South Side of Chicago, her stint as an executive balancing the demands of motherhood and work, as well as highlights from the eight transformative years she served as First Lady of the United States of America.

Michelle Obama, the first African-American to serve as First Lady, helped create the most welcoming and inclusive White House in history, while also establishing herself as a powerful advocate for women and girls in the United States and around the world.
“Lawyer, first lady, mother of two and global role model, Michelle Obama's extraordinary story is one that fascinates and inspires business leaders and people everywhere.
