ANKARA – The NBA is looking to again shoot the hoops with a 22-team format possibly restarting on July 31 in Orlando, Florida.
“As the NBA models a 22-team format for a July 31 resumption in Orlando, the proposed timeline for teams (is) the last possible date for an NBA Finals Game 7: October 12,” Adrian Wojnarowski of sports network ESPN tweeted late Tuesday.
“Commissioner Adam Silver is expected to have a proposal to take to a vote of the NBA's board of governors on Thursday,” he said.
Like many other sports tournaments and leagues worldwide, the NBA 2019-2020 season was suspended in March due to the coronavirus outbreak. (Anadolu)
