MANILA – Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), the leading residential developer in Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin), expects to generate about PHP2 billion in gross revenues from its completed three-tower residential condominium project in Cagayan de Oro City.

In a statement, CLI said it has started to turn over more than half of 700 units of the PHP1.2-billion Mesaverte Residences to their owners.

CLI chief executive officer Jose Soberano III said VisMin buyers, in general, are on the lookout for good value housing.

“We’re happy that the quick takeup of our units affirms we are meeting their needs for residences that are priced right and in strategic city locations. Moreover, our residences are part of well-managed communities that offer individuals and families personal safety and security they need during these uncertain times,” he said.

The company posted record reservation sales from housing projects of PHP7.43 billion in the first half of 2020, a growth of 41 percent year-on-year.

CLI is focused on serving the rising demand for affordable and mid-priced housing in VisMin with a total of 14 projects in 2020 worth PHP19 billion.

It currently has 70 developments in 15 key VisMin cities across the region. (PR)
