In a related development, PAL has also canceled several domestic flights from March 23 to April 4, since non-essential travel is banned into and out of the National Capital Region and the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal during this period.

The canceled flights are:

"Since leisure travelers cannot take these flights, the actual number of passengers per flight decreased. As such, the remaining passengers (essential travelers) can be accommodated on several (other PAL) flights," PAL spokesperson Cielo Villaluna told the Philippine News Agency.

Affected passengers may also avail of the options cited above. (PNA)
