Bucks beat Hawks 113-102 to take 2-1 lead

ANKARA – The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Atlanta Hawks 113-102 to take a 2-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals late on Sunday.

Khris Middleton played with 38 points and 11 rebounds, while Giannis Antetokounmpo had 33 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Bucks.

Bobby Portis came off the bench to add 15 points and Brook Lopez dropped 10.

Trae Young was the highest scorer for the Hawks with 35 points.

Danilo Gallinari scored 18 points, with John Collins playing with 13 points for the Hawks.

Game 4 will take place in Atlanta on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Portland Trail Blazers have appointed Chauncey Billups as their new head coach, it was confirmed late Sunday.

Billup, 44, worked as an assistant coach for Los Angeles Clippers under head coach Tyronn Lue during the 2020-2021 season.

The former Detroit Pistons guard becomes the 15th head coach of the Blazers in franchise history. (Anadolu)
