MANILA – Oil firms will implement a minimal price rollback effective Tuesday.
In separate advisories, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Petro Gazz, PTT, Seaoil, and Shell said they will slash gasoline prices by PHP0.60 per liter and PHP0.30 per liter for diesel.
Caltex, Seaoil, and Shell will also cut kerosene prices by PHP0.60 per liter.
This will be the third consecutive week of price rollback for kerosene prices, and the first time for firms to reduce gasoline and diesel prices in three weeks.
With the price movements last week, gasoline prices stood a net increase of PHP9.60 per liter since the start of the week.
On the other hand, diesel prices were lower by PHP0.75 per liter, while kerosene prices were also lower by PHP3.05 per liter. (PNA)
