MANILA – The Calabarzon (Region 4A) wage board will hold three face-to-face public hearings next week to discuss the minimum wage adjustment for formal sector workers.
In a statement Thursday, the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) 4-A and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) would conduct the hearing on Aug. 7, 9 and 11 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The face-to-face public hearing on the salary adjustment would be held at the Batangas Provincial Auditorium, Batangas Provincial Capitol (capitol site), Batangas City on Aug. 7; Trece Martires City, Cavite on Aug. 9; and Biñan City, Laguna on Aug. 11.
On the other hand, the RTWPB invited stakeholders to attend the hearings and urged them to register.
