MANILA – A shear line affecting Central Luzon and the northeast monsoon in Northern Luzon will bring cloudy skies and scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms on Sunday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, and Camarines Norte provinces will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to a shear line.

Scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.

In the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Sunset is at 5:25 p.m. (PNA)
