MANILA – Creamline and Choco Mucho will square off at 5 p.m. on Saturday in the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference, a match which is expected to draw a sellout crowd at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Both teams are going for crucial wins that would boost their quarterfinal hopes with only three playdates remaining in the crossover round.

Creamline is currently tied with Chery Tiggo at fourth place with a 4-2 slate, while Choco Mucho (2-4) is in ninth place.

The Cool Smashers and the Flying Titans will be meeting for the first time since their All-Filipino title showdown at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The two teams are missing key players due to commitments in the national team. Creamline will be minus Tots Carlos, Alyssa Valdez, and Jema Galanza, while Sisi Rondina and Cherry Nunag will not be around for Choco Mucho.

Other matches pit Chery Tiggo against ZUS Coffee at 1 p.m. and PLDT against Petro Gazz at 3 p.m.

The Crossovers, missing Eya Laure and Jen Nierva, hope to improve their 4-2 record against the Thunderbelles, who are already eliminated with a 0-6 card.

The High Speed Hitters, on the other hand, are aiming for their sixth win without Dell Palomata, while the Angels are seeking to join the Capital1 Solar Spikers in the top six with a 4-3 slate. (PNA)
