MANILA – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Sunday said 156 party-list groups will be included in the raffle that would determine the order of listing in the official ballot of the 2025 midterm elections.

The Comelec en banc promulgated Resolution No. 11074 on Oct. 11, identifying the 156 groups eligible to participate in the electronic raffle at 9 a.m. on Oct. 18.

Ang Tinig ng Seniors is included in the list after securing a TRO from the High Court.

The Comelec said the list may still change in the coming days.

"Participation in the raffle is without prejudice to the disposition of any TRO, which the Supreme Court may issue after the publication of the final list and before finalization of the ballot face," it said. (PNA)
