MANILA – Five domestic flights were canceled as of 12:30 p.m. Wednesday due to bad weather in several areas brought by the low pressure area (LPA).
The Manila International Airport Authority said the flights were PAL Express (2P) 2921/2922 Manila-Daraga-Manila; Cebu Pacific (5J) 821/822 Manila-Virac-Manila; and CebGo (DG) 6118 Naga-Manila.
Earlier, the weather bureau forecast rainy weather across the country due to the LPA east northeast of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte.
In an 11 a.m. advisory, the bureau said the LPA will bring moderate to heavy rains across the Bicol region. (PNA)
