MANILA – Pocket Communities is launching a new housing development, The Wave Residences, in Nasugbu, Batangas, with a PHP350 million investment.

In a statement Tuesday, the real estate developer said the project held its groundbreaking on Aug. 2 and construction will be completed within three years.

Located in Barangay 11, the 2.6-hectare residential development will have
122 housing units priced from PHP6 million to PHP9 million.

Pocket Communities president and chief executive officer Christian Mulingbayan said they aim to address the growing need for quality but affordable homes with the country’s expanding middle class.

“This project is more than just a residential development; it’s about creating a vibrant community that enriches lives,” Mulingbayan added.

For his part, Nasugbu Mayor Antonio Barcelon is optimistic about the project’s potential to create jobs and boost the local economy.

"This development shows Nasugbu's growing appeal as a prime investment destination," he said.

Aside from Nasugbu, the company also has projects in Balayan and Tuy in Batangas. (PNA)
