MANILA – Reelectionists Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna and Vice Mayor Yul Servo are set to file their certificates of candidacy (COCs) on Thursday.

In a statement Tuesday, the tandem's camp said the two bets would file their COCs at the SM Manila Cinema 12 , an alternative venue for the filing of COCs in the city, between 10 a.m. and noon.

The two officials, running under Manila's local dominant party Asenso Manileño, vowed to continue good and honest governance that is centered on the delivery of more basic services to the most needy sectors, especially the senior citizens.

Meanwhile, four of the city's incumbent representatives who are running under Lacuna's party -- Rolan Valeriano (2nd District), Joel Chua (3rd District); Irwin Tieng (5th District) and Bienvenido Abante (6th District), are also seeking reelection.

Incumbent 4th District Rep. Edward Maceda's wife, Giselle, will seek to replace him after he has reached the three-term limit.

Former 1st District Rep. Manny Lopez, meanwhile, will seek a comeback under the Lacuna-Servo tandem. (PNA)
